Thank you for buying your photo prints from David Davis Photography. When you place an order on my website, you are agreeing to the terms of Sale as shown below. Please read this document. The terms can change here and may be updated any time.

Order Acceptance Agreement

When you submit an order and or receipt of an order confirmation that may be automated or manually processed, does not indicate my acceptance of the order. David Davis Photography reserves the right to cancel any order that I see necessary, at the sole discretion no matter the order status or if you have received the confirmation for the order.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise listed, due to the prevail nature of the transaction, and the availability of illegal reproduction facilities, the products sold by David Davis Photography on the website daviddavisphotography.com are non-refundable.

If your shipment is damaged or you’ve received the wrong images replaced items will be honored within a 10 day return/replacement period. If you return the item for replacement you must provide the following.

• Take a photo of the damage and email it to me at david@daviddavisphotography.com

• Return all items in complete

• David Davis Photography will not replace any items intentionally damaged or abused

• Items shipped prepaid shipping

• Shipping fees are non-refundable for all products

• Allow 2-4 weeks for items replacement

• You must report within 10 days for the shipping date.
   

Unapproved Returns

Refused shipments that are returned due to incorrect address are subject to a 15% fee and additional shipping fees.

Sales Policy Agreement

When you place an order at daviddavisphotography.com website you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as stated on this website.

When you place an order at daviddavisphotography.com the customer agrees to total amount of the sale. And you are authorizing David Davis Photography to collect payment via payment method provided.

**We’ll try our best to complete your order as accurately as possible. But we cannot guarantee that any descriptions, specifications or pricing or anything else on this website is accurate, current or complete. If you assume the item has been listed with an incorrect price in the event of a (typographical, technical, photographic) error or an error from any other source, David Davis Photography has the right to refuse, cancel any orders placed of the said items listed with an incorrect price.

 

Your Order Information

When placing an order with David Davis Photography you’ll provide us with your name, email address, credit card information and your address and phone number. This information is used to process your order. All credit card information collected is used for billing only.

Consent

When you use out Website, you’re permitting us to collect the previous mentioned information, and use in the stated manner. If decided to change my privacy policy, I’ll post them to this web page.

David Davis Photography will cooperate with law enforcement to identify anyone who attempts to use any of our services illegally. I’ll also report activity believed unlawful to the authorities.

I may share information when I think that such a release is necessary to enforce the user agreement, protect the rights, property and safety of my users, David Davis photography, or anyone else.
